Model 300 Noseover Conveyors

The 300 noseover conveyor line is constructed of 12 ga. material and designed for light to medium bulk, parts and scrap handling applications. Ideal for projects in which overall floor space is of concern. With the smooth transition from incline to upper horizontal it makes for ease of loading into dumpers, hoppers, grinders, shredders, etc. As with the parts conveyor lines the ability to use (1) belt and (1) drive keeps costs low. Live load capacities 20#/ft. up to 150# maximum on 45 degree incline.

Model 600 Noseover Conveyors

Our 600 noseover line is designed with the same convenience in mind as the 300 line but with added versatility. With the proven method of return by wheels the segmented cleats allow for maximum effective widths while minimizing overall frame widths (EW + 3 = OAF). This line is ideal for feeding larger, heavier or wider products into dumpers, hoppers, balers, shredders and grinders. Made of 10 ga. construction. Options available for smooth transition from conveyor to additional equipment. Live load capacities up to 1000 lbs.

The Z-conveyor line is the most versatile line of conveyor of its kind in the industry. The “Z” design can help your operation save time and valuable floor space! Our rugged, modular construction is easy to install and easy to maintain.

Benefits of using the using the Z-style slider bed belt conveyor

The Model 300 Z-Conveyor

  • Will slide under machines with a low discharge height
  • Will elevate product from under a machine to fill a container or feed a conveyor
  • Makes product elevation changes easy and effective
